Facilitated sessions based on the needs, goals and scope of Your organisation.

  • Half-Day (up to 4 hours): € 800

  • Full-Day (up to 8 hours): € 1,500

  • Subjects:

    • Why is it worth to bid internationally and how to approach various tender opportunities?

    • What are the necessary elements of organisation, resources and tools for effective bidding?

    • How to write winning technical offers?

1:1 and Group Executive Coaching

Expert guidance on bidding, procurement procedures, and/or offer shaping.

For all personnel involved in bidding processes.

  • Duration: 60–90 minutes, depending on Your choice/preference

  • Delivery: Online or in-person (the latter – in Brussels or agreed location)

  • Price: € 100 – €350 / session, depending on the subject and complexity of discussed matter

  • Includes: Preparation material, summary notes, optional pre-call check-in

  • Strategy Review (fixed scope): Starting at €1,500

  • End-to-end support: Custom quote

Keynote Speech

For international public bidding conferences, team offsites, or partner events:

  • Keynote (up to 45 min + Q&A): €2,000

  • Half-day facilitation: €1,500

Minimum Development Package: Advise and Review

Level of Involvement in developing the offer – Minimum – advising on the bidding process, reviewing the offers:

  • Providing advise on the bidding process

  • Reviewing prepared offers, technical and financial

  • Limited involvement in developing the text and calculating the pricing

  • Cost based on timesheets

  • Usually amounts up to max € 1,500


Medium Development Package: Participating and Proposing

Level of Involvement – Medium – participating in writing parts of the offers, reviewing them and suggesting optimum procurement behaviour:

  • Writing selected parts of the offers

  • Reviewing the offers

  • One 90-min stakeholder mapping or leadership profile workshop

  • Cost based on timesheets

  • Usually amounts up to max € 2,500


Maximum Development Package: Leading and Developing

Level of Involvement – Full responsibility for managing development and submission of an offer:

  • Deciding on the bidding tactics in very close cooperation with the Bidding Team

  • Managing all activities of the Bidding Team

  • Writing selected parts of the offers

  • Reviewing the offers

  • Unlimited email support + optional access to curated tools

  • € 5,000
